Dear Annapoorna, Two years have flown by in the blink of an eye since you came into our lives. You weren’t part of an extensive plan, nor were you a venture we had carefully considered, but your presence has given our lives a renewed sense of purpose. From being an NGO, overnight, we found ourselves on an entrepreneurial journey. Our center, which had long operated under TWCO, transformed into a small-scale production house. We hired and trained underprivileged yet talented cooks, igniting their passion for creating great food. Their determination to earn a stable income fueled our shared obsession to make this business succeed. I’m fortunate to work alongside like-minded people who share my passion and dedication.
