My ode to a beautiful soul…

 बड़ी बंदिशें

लगा रखी थीं

मन की लकीरों पर

एक उलझी सी तस्वीर

उभर आती थी

या

किसी और में

आइना ढूंढते थे .....

शफ्फाक चेहरे

यूँ ही नहीं

मिला करते .....

My association with TWWO started long back,  approximately 25 years back. I was asked to join as treasurer and groomed under the leadership of well experienced members of the Governing body. I still consider it the most precious gift of my marriage. Actually I established a solid bond with telecom department by having a spouse who breathe in and out telecom . My marital life is incomplete without mentioning the journey I had in TWWO. 

Two years back I took charge as a President of Central organisation, that is TWCO, with responsibility came along plethora of warm associations with the talented spouse of the senior telecom officers. Shortly the pandemic enveloped the entire nation and nation wide lockdown imposed. 

It so rightly said, we see true colours in times of crisis . So here I am  evident of many proud moments. Despite limited means our TWWO consistently served the society either by distributing masks, food, clothes etc. or by organising  virtual sessions for the members on issues related to health , hygiene etc. Our ‘Food for needy’ campaign became an instant hit. Vaccination-drive is still going on in many of  the TWWO’s . Few completed the mission successfully. 

I am so fortunate to work along with Mrs. Manaswin Panda, President of TWWO Odisha for her relentless social service and empathy towards the underprivileged. She is  tirelessly working and balancing her work,  home and hearth. A gifted musician, singer , writer and composer, need special mention. Under her strong leadership TWWO Odisha  has done a lot to inspire many. Awarded with prestigious award , she nurtured the TWWO and made it a self dependent  organisation. On behalf of all the members I proudly love  to congratulate her for her achievements and wish her best in life. Dedicate this to you Manaswin ji  ….

अपरिचित नहीं

अबला नहीं

शक्ति परिपूर्ण 

शांत शिक्षित 

गूढ़ ज्ञान से भरी 

इतिहास को अंतर्मन में समेटे 

योनि योनि में समाहित 

अविस्मरणीय विस्मृत नायिका ...

मुक्त हास करती ,

हया की चुनरी ओढ़े ,

यतार्थ की अजूब पहेली 

स्त्री का 

स्वीकार करो 

पुरुष तुम 

शत शत नमन !!!!!
